We started Baboo Brewing to take flavours from around the world and translate them into beers that tell stories, spark curiosity, and connect people through culture.

Our Story

The idea grew from owning Baboo Ji, an Indian restaurant in Southampton that thrived on creativity, flavours, and cultural exploration. The name Baboo resonated with us, a term of respect and warmth that perfectly reflects the values we wanted for our new venture.

And so, Baboo Brewing was born. Like food, our philosophy stayed the same: If flavours can transport people around the world, why can’t beer?

Baboo Brewing was created to answer that question - a craft beer brand dedicated to taking iconic flavours from across the globe and translating them into modern, expressive beers.

No gimmicks. No novelties. Just real ingredients. Real cultures. Real stories.

Our journey starts where we began, in India. Inspired by the aroma of chai and the boldness of West Coast hops, we created ChaiPA: a chai-infused IPA that fuses spice, citrus, and craft into one adventurous brew. It’s the first chapter in a long voyage, one that will see us is covering new tastes and bringing the world’s flavours to beer.
