ChaIPA is Baboo Brewing Co's original chai-spiced IPA, brewed in small batches in the UK. It blends bold West Coast hops with a warming infusion of cardamom, ginger and pepper, creating a bright, aromatic craft beer with a gently spiced finish.
At 4.5% ABV, ChaIPA is hoppy, refreshing and full of flavour without being heavy or sweet. It is a proper IPA first, with chai spice layered through it for something a little unexpected. Great for craft beer fans, food pairing, gifting, parties, BBQs and venues looking for something different.
Available in 440ml cans as a single can, box of 6, box of 12 or crate of 24. Wholesale options are also available for bars, restaurants, bottle shops and independent retailers.
What does ChaIPA taste like?
Expect bright IPA hops first, followed by warming spice notes of cardamom, ginger and pepper. ChaIPA is aromatic and gently spiced, but not sugary or overly sweet. Think craft IPA with a chai-inspired finish, rather than a novelty beer.
The story behind ChaIPA
Baboo Brewing Co was inspired by Baboo Ji and his love of bold flavours, creativity and drinks that never feel boring. ChaIPA carries that spirit into a beer that celebrates Indian spice, global flavour and the universal language of beer.
